Anyone who is helping out with a team this year MUST HAVE an OPP Record Check. They are now available online and are free!

Your roster CANNOT be submitted without these, so please submit it ASAP.
You must download the appropriate letter below (Huron or Bruce) depending what county you live in and submit it with your application.
