NEW - Player Waivers to be signed
Submitted By Steve Howard on Thursday, February 18, 2021
One of these waivers must be completed and signed for each HBMH player returning to practices and games. There are no exceptions. If a waiver is not completed, there is no hockey for the player.

Waiver (Under 18 and Parent)
Waiver (Over 18)

Coaches/Managers -- Please make sure all parents and players have these filled out prior to their first ice time. These waivers will be closely monitored this time around.
