HOCKEY IS BACK!
Submitted By Steve Howard on Friday, February 12, 2021
Sharpen those skates! Tape those sticks! Hockey is back!

With the recent announcement that the Grey Bruce Health Unit is moving to the Yellow Zone on Tuesday, February 16th, we will be starting hockey again. The tentative start date is Saturday, February 20th. This will give the Ripley Arena time to get the ice ready and staff back in place.

Please check our website regularly for schedule updates and keep an eye out for emails from your coaches and managers as to when you are on the ice. All teams in U9 and above are in a bubble with Kincardine Minor Hockey. U7 and U8 will play games with each other, in their respective age divisions. New waiver forms will need signed before each player's first time on the ice at the Ripley Arena. These will be sent out soon.

HBMHA thanks everyone for their patience and let’s have a fun and an exciting 5 1/2 weeks of hockey!

Outlaw Leagues
The Grey Bruce Health Unit, along with our local municipality, has advised us that each child can only play in one 50-person bubble at a time. Playing in multiple bubbles could affect our ability to continue hockey and will not be tolerated by HBMHA.
