Smoke-Free Ontario Act
Submitted By Steve Howard on Friday, January 31, 2020
Recently, a Tobacco Enforcement and Education Officer stopped by the Lucknow and Ripley arenas to inform them that they will be attending recreational facilities on evenings and weekends, during busy times (i.e. minor hockey games).

Please be reminded that the smoking of tobacco and/or cannabis, and the vaping of any substance, is strictly prohibited in and within 20 metres of the Lucknow and Ripley arenas. This includes all public areas (dressing rooms, common areas, washrooms, etc.) and smoking or vaping in your vehicle while on these properties.

The Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017, which outlines the basic details, is here.
